May I Just Say This About That?

Coming from a family with roots in the South, I realize there is a distinct difference between sweet breads and sweetbreads. 

However, at first glance that distinction did not make itself readily available to my befuddled mind.

Sweetbreads for breakfast or a "fabulous dessert?"

Uh...NO THANK YOU.
